What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?
If I could have any job in the world for just one day, you know what I’d wish for? It wouldn’t be about personal gain or some grand adventure. It would be about making a real difference, even if just for those 24 hours.
I’d want to step into the shoes of someone at the UN Security Council. And if there’s any meaning to it, I would just like to unveto any veto in the UNSC hindering the effort to stop genocide at any part of the world. That’s it. To clear the path, even for a single day, for the world to unite against such horrific acts. To give peace a chance, where it’s so desperately needed.
It’s a simple wish, I know. Maybe even a naive one. But sometimes, the simplest wishes carry the greatest weight. What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?
